Returns
- We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details.

- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Include:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged or defective item.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including offering a replacement or refund.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
- For U.S. orders over $99 that qualify for free shipping, any refund will exclude the value of shipping if items returned reduce the original order total below $99.
